HOW DID WE GET OUR NAME????

We visited a "supper club" in the Chicago area, about 40 years ago. 

Their feature was choosing your steak from a table of steaks on ice, which they cooked for you.

As we exited the "supper club", I asked my husband about the sign on the marquee.

It read "Steaks by the Oz", at which time I asked, "Do you think the Oz is the Chef?"

He had paid for the steaks by the ounce.
